This deliverable of the ICOS project provides comprehensive policy advice to strengthen the European position in the global semiconductor value chain through coordinated international cooperation. The starting point is the current geopolitical situation, in which the EU faces both dependencies (e. g. on China, the USA) and strategic opportunities (partnerships with Japan, South Korea, India, Canada, etc.).
